Working with the client, the team designed, supplied and installed an Ochsner TERRA 11 Ground Source Heat Pump and UFH system to provide space heating, hot water and passive cooling from the two 120m deep bore holes.

It was important for the clients that a highly efficient hot water, space heating and passive cooling ground source heat pump system with very low running costs. The client also enjoys home generated electricity from the PV array & Tesla battery system. The installation was completed in time for it to qualify for the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI to help fund the project. The RHI scheme has since closed and been replaced by the Boiler Upgrade Scheme)
